DO YOU SHIP OUTSIDE MALAYSIA?
For now, we ship within Malaysia only, covering both Peninsular and East Malaysia. We’re working to expand to more regions in Southeast Asia soon.

HOW LONG WILL MY ORDER TAKE TO ARRIVE?
Delivery usually takes 3-5 working days. You'll receive a tracking number once your order is shipped out.
DO YOU OFFER IN-STORE PICKUP?
Not yet, but soon! We’re working on setting up in-store pickup so you can purchase online and collect your plush in person. We’ll announce it once it’s ready.
ARE YOUR MERCHANDISES AUTHENTIC?
Absolutely! Every plush you see on our website comes directly from official partners and licensed distributors. We only carry official merchandise, so you can shop and cuddle with confidence!
HOW DO I CARE FOR MY PLUSH TOYS?
Most plush toys can be gently hand-washed or surface-cleaned using mild soap and cold water. Avoid direct sunlight and high heat to keep them soft and fluffy.
Please refer to the care tag that comes with the plush.
CAN I RETURN OR EXCHANGE MY PLUSH?
We accept returns for defective or incorrect items within 3 days of receiving your order.
For hygiene reasons, plush toys that have been opened or handled cannot be returned unless there’s an issue with the product.
